1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Blood Test at Door's services - including booking a home blood collection, using our website, or communicating with our team - you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Blood Test at Door operates as a home blood collection platform that connects patients with NABL-accredited partner laboratories. We are not a diagnostic laboratory ourselves.

2. Services We Provide

Blood Test at Door provides the following services:

• Online and offline booking platform for diagnostic tests and health profiles
• Home blood collection visits by trained phlebotomists
• Sample management and delivery to NABL-accredited partner laboratories
• Report delivery via digital channels (WhatsApp, Email) and physical copies (on request)

3. Booking and Appointments

• Booking can be made through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp
• All appointments are subject to phlebotomist availability and distance constraints
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking based on operational constraints

4. Patient Responsibility

• Preparations: You must follow any specific instructions provided (e.g., 10-12 hours fasting for Lipid/Sugar tests)
• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct contact, address, and prescription details
• Prescriptions: Certain tests require a valid doctor's prescription under Indian law, which must be shared at the time of collection
• Home Access: Ensure a safe and accessible environment for the phlebotomist at the scheduled address

5. Payments and Billing

• Prices listed are inclusive of collection and reporting charges unless specified otherwise
• We offer multiple payment options: Cash on collection, UPI, or Online bank transfer
• Electronic receipts will be provided for all payments
• Final invoices for test processing will be issued by the respective partner laboratory

6. Samples and Processing

• All samples are processed at NABL-accredited laboratory partners (Thyrocare, Dr Lal PathLabs, Pathkind Labs, or C-PATHLABS)
• Blood Test at Door is responsible for safe sample collection and transportation to the lab
• Actual test processing and medical reporting are the sole responsibility of the respective partner laboratory
• In case of sample rejection or re-collection request by the lab (e.g., due to lipemic or hemolyzed sample), we will provide one re-collection free of charge

7. Reporting Timelines

• Reporting timelines vary per test. Most routine tests are reported within 6-24 hours
• Specialized tests may take 3-7 working days
• Reports will be shared on WhatsApp and Email once released by the lab
• We are not liable for delays caused by laboratory equipment failure or technical issues at the lab's end

8. Limitation of Liability

Blood Test at Door shall not be held liable for:

• Errors in clinical results provided by the partner laboratory
• Any adverse reactions during or after sample collection (though our team is trained in standard phlebotomy procedures)
• Delays in reporting due to external factors beyond our control
• Any interpretation of the test reports (we recommend consulting your doctor for report interpretation)

9. Service Area

We currently provide home blood collection services within Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas only. Bookings from outside our coverage zone will be declined.
