We aim to call you back within 30 minutes of your form submission. During peak hours (7–10 AM), it may take up to 1 hour. For faster booking, call or WhatsApp us directly.
Can I book for early morning fasting tests? ▾
Yes! We have 7:00 AM slots available in central and north Bhubaneswar and 7:30 AM slots in other areas. We recommend booking a day in advance for morning fasting tests to guarantee your preferred slot.
Is there a home collection fee? ▾
No additional home collection charge across all listed Bhubaneswar localities. You pay only the test price - no travel fees, no convenience charges.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? ▾
Absolutely. Call or WhatsApp us at least 2 hours before your scheduled visit. No cancellation charges apply. Rescheduling is free and subject to slot availability.
Do you accept online payments? ▾
Yes - we accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfers, and cash. Our phlebotomist can also collect payment during the visit.
