1. Cancellation Before Collection
You may cancel your booking free of charge under the following conditions:
More than 2 hours before the scheduled visit - full cancellation, no charges
Less than 2 hours before the scheduled visit - we'll do our best to accommodate,
but a rescheduling may be more convenient
To cancel, call us at +91 91145 33538 or WhatsApp us at the same number.
2. Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment free of charge at any time before the
phlebotomist departs for your location
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability
We offer same-day rescheduling wherever possible
For fasting tests, please ensure your new slot allows for proper fasting preparation
3. Cancellation After Sample Collection
Once our phlebotomist has collected your blood sample:
The booking cannot be cancelled as the sample has already been dispatched for
processing
No refund will be issued for completed collections
If you wish to add or remove specific tests after collection, please call us immediately - changes
may be possible if the sample hasn't been processed yet
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:
Missed appointment by our team: If our phlebotomist fails to arrive within the
scheduled slot without prior notice - full refund if prepaid
Unable to collect sample: If the phlebotomist is unable to draw a sufficient sample
and no re-collection is possible - full refund
Duplicate payment: If you've been charged twice for the same booking - duplicate
amount refunded
Test not available: If a booked test is not available at any partner lab - full
refund for that specific test
Report not delivered: If we fail to deliver your report within 7 days of the
promised timeline (excluding specialized tests) - full refund
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You were not available at the given address during the scheduled slot (no-show)
Sample was successfully collected and processed, but you're unsatisfied with the results - report
accuracy is the responsibility of the partner laboratory
You failed to follow specific test preparations (e.g., fasting requirements)
Cancellation request received after the phlebotomist has reached your location
6. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment
For cash-on-collection bookings, no refund is needed as payment isn't made until collection
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days
