• Partner Laboratories: Thyrocare, Dr Lal PathLabs, Pathkind Labs, and C-PATHLABS - only the information necessary to process your tests
• Phlebotomists: Your name, address, and phone number for the home visit
• Legal Authorities: If required by law or court order

All partner labs are bound by their own privacy and data protection policies as NABL-accredited institutions.

• Reports shared only through secure channels (encrypted WhatsApp, password-protected email)
• Access to patient data restricted to authorized personnel only
• Physical sample labels use barcoded identification - no personal details visible on tubes

We retain your personal and health information for a period of 3 years from the date of service, in compliance with healthcare record-keeping guidelines. After this period, data is securely deleted unless required by law.
